  • Computer Lab

Until all students have a dedicated computing device, school computer labs provide a place for equitable access to this vital resource. Students that use Chromebooks or other mobile devices during class gain digital literacy skills in tandem with class curriculum. Students type notes. Group projects are conducted digitally. The internet is at hand for research tasks. It’s a natural integration.
  • Science Lab

First, a real, but not always obvious, gain of having students complete labs is that they get the opportunity to learn about aspects that are difficult to grasp from just reading about them. These aspects include, but are not limited to, sources of error, the interconnectedness of concepts, and the physical limitations of lab experiments. When students have to recreate a famous experiment themselves, it brings to life the realities that those highly-regarded scientists dealt with. It also shows students why it can be very difficult to prove an idea using a physical experiment and why it often takes so many trials and years of hard work to prove an idea and turn it into an accepted theory. Labs also demonstrate to students how interconnected concepts they learn are; like when they try to prove that there is no horizontal acceleration when learning about motion in physics, they have to disregard the effects of friction and air resistance. This also gives them an opportunity to brain

And as numbers became bigger, many started using stones, beads and sticks, which is how abacus maths was born. Also called a counting board or calculating table, the first Chinese abacus was invented around 500 BC, and the abacus that we use today is still widely used by many in Asia, Africa and elsewhere. An arithmetic method based on the principles of abacus calculation, abacus maths is considered to be one of the fastest ways of calculating and learning maths. Faster than a calculator, not only does abacus maths gift young learners the opportunity to shine in the language of maths from a really young age, but it also provides a solid foundation for learning the language of maths in primary and high school. Besides enhancing the overall comprehension of maths – other important benefits of abacus maths include the following:Boosts better and faster calcula

Each has five supplementary players held in reserve i.e. for substitution. The game is played with 20-minute halves, with a 5-minute half break in which the teams exchange sides. During each play, known as a "raid", a player from the attacking side, known as the "raider", runs into the opposing team's side of the court and attempts to tag as many of the seven defending players as far as possible for a raider. For a raid to be eligible for points, the raider must cross the baulk line in the defending team's territory, and return to their half of the field without being tackled (note that if an attacker touches a defender and hasn't yet reached the baulk line, they don't need to reach the baulk line to score points and may return to their half of the court[7]).
